- Cancellations before the end of a billing period
By subscribing to NDesk, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to take advantage of any free trial periods to evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, some updates may require you to adapt your workflows.
6. Intellectual Property
NDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NDesk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to NDesk. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Data retention following termination is subject to our Privacy Policy.
