Step 1 — Log into NDesk

  1. Open your NDesk portal.
  2. Sign in with your email and password


Step 2 — Click “New Ticket” (or “Create Ticket”)

  1. From your dashboard, click All Tickets or Dashboard on the Sidebar
  2. Click on New Ticket


3. Click on “Blank Ticket”
